Rewilding.Human
Thriving, it’s in our nature
Kia ora.
Welcome to Rewilding.Human, where vitality is reimagined through the transformative lens of the natural world.
Inspired by the wisdom of ecosystems, rewilding is a journey of reconnection—within ourselves, our communities, and the world around us. Through rewilding, we learn to listen deeply, speak with clarity, and align our mind, body, and breath to create harmony in our lives. This alignment opens the way to greater freedom, which we understand as love.
Ko Samantha (Sam) Pobog-Jaworowski ahau. Rewilding.Human is an expression of my life’s path. Thank you for walking this journey with me.
What is Rewilding?
Rewilding is about creating healthy systems—within ourselves, our communities, and our organisations—where all parts can thrive. Just as an ecosystem flourishes when each element plays its natural role, we move through life with greater ease and resilience when mind, body, and action are in sync. When we honour our natural rhythms, we show up with deeper presence, creativity, and capacity for connection.
At its heart, rewilding is decolonisation in action—a return to relational ways of being that honour the wisdom of the land and the intelligence of our own bodies. Rewilding invites us to unlearn systems of dominance and extraction that separate us from ourselves and each other, and instead relearn adaptive, regenerative, and reciprocal ways of living and leading.
Whether in personal transformation or organisational development, the same truth applies: disconnection breeds depletion; connection fosters resilience. Working with minds, bodies, and breath helps restore this balance—bringing us back into right relationship with ourselves, with one another, and with the world around us.
Our world is calling for new ways of living and leading—ways rooted in reciprocity, connection, and care. Rewilding reminds us we already know what we need. It’s time to listen deeply, and step into that knowing.
Flourishing, by design
-
Mind
The power of vision and clarity.
The mind shapes how we make sense of the world—how we plan, strategise, and create. When our thinking is rooted in connection rather than control, we can unlearn patterns of disconnection and step into ways of working that are creative, sustainable, and reciprocal. A mindset anchored in rewilding is one that sees beyond limitations and moves towards possibility.
Ways to explore:
Expanding perspective – Uncovering new ways of thinking, problem-solving, and collaborating.
Aligning vision and strategy – Bringing clarity and purpose to personal and collective goals.
Sustainable systems and leadership – Reimagining ways of working that support both people and purpose.
-
Body
Wisdom in action.
The body holds the knowledge we need—the wisdom of experience, intuition, and sensation. Listening to this wisdom creates powerfully aligned action. The body moves, adapts, and sustains us, creating a foundation for resilience and integrity. By tuning into the body, we bring balance and clarity to everything we do.
Ways to explore:
Embodied decision-making – Learning to trust the signals of the body for aligned, authentic choices.
Coaching for integration – Helping individuals and teams translate awareness into purposeful, sustainable action.
Leading with presence – Cultivating balance and confidence, fostering cohesion and integrity within teams and communities.
-
Breath
The bridge between body and mind.
Breath is where awareness meets action, where stillness meets movement. It is our connection to life force, an anchor in the present moment, and a guide for deep listening. When we tune into the breath, we find clarity, balance, and the capacity to move through life with intention.
Ways to explore:
Breath-centered sessions – Restoring balance and presence through guided breath practices.
Regulating the nervous system – Using breath to soften reactivity and invite steadiness.
Listening from within – Deepening self-awareness through tuning into the natural rhythms of breath and body.
Reconnection as a Way of Being
My path has been one of reconnection—with myself, others, and the natural world. Like many, I spent years searching outward, only to discover that real clarity and resilience come from within—through the wisdom of the mind, body, and breath.
With a Master’s in Cross-Cultural Psychology and over 12 years of experience across coaching, facilitation, and leadership development, I’ve worked with individuals and teams across diverse sectors. Again and again, I’ve seen the transformation that unfolds when we reconnect to what’s already within us.
Through Rewilding.Human, I bring together coaching, breath, and embodied facilitation to support meaningful change—rooted in presence, grounded in purpose. My training as a certified breath practitioner has deepened my belief that breath is the bridge between thought and action, between intention and embodiment.
This work isn’t about fixing—it’s about remembering. When we align mind, body, and breath, we create space for new possibilities to emerge—for ourselves and for the systems we’re part of.
